21 DAY PLANK, AFFIRMATION, MEDITATION CHALLENGE

RULES

FOR 21 DAYS STRAIGHT NO BREAKS

- You write out and say ALOUD 3 positive affirmations 9 times each, EVERY day.

- Meditate for 5 minutes TWICE a day and visualize your dream lifestyle. (Add 20 seconds a day to your meditation time from the day before).

- Each day you will do a total of 3 planks for 45 seconds beginning the first day. Everyday you add 5 seconds to your plank time from the previous day. 

If you want to enter the drawing to win a $25 Visa Gift Card you must do the following 3 steps. 

1. Take a picture (front and side view) in clothing you feel comfortable in, include your first and last name along with your home address (in case you win) and send it to leworkfitness@gmail.com. 

2. You must create a post or story post of your 3 affirmations and tag @leworkfitness on facebook or instagram. 

3. Complete the challenge with an OPEN mind and remember this is the beginning phase and you are creating the lifestyle you envision and dream about.
